   Same old bluetooth/connectivity issues

   Fitbit devices have serious problems loosing Bluetooth connectivity. It takes hours of troubleshooting to restore despite following recommendations to uninstall/reinstall, unpair/repair, etc. I had this same issue with my last Fitbit device purchased 10 years ago! I was hoping the technology would have improved, but unfortunately doesn’t seem to be the case. An otherwise nice device marred by the same old problem.

   Quit charging after 1 month

   It only lasted a month, then quit charging. For the one month it was working, I had difficulty getting it to sync, as some other users have reported.

   I don’t like it

   liked the size and the step tracker. The screen no longer lights up when I turn my wrist (after 2 weeks) I have to tap really hard to get the screen to come on. It is difficult to maneuver to other screens especially when using the timer. I now wear my old watch for the time and just use the tracker and message checker on the fitbit. Wish I hadn’t bought it.

   After update battery will no longer work

   Haven’t even had my Luxe Fitbit a year, and last week it requested an update. Now the battery will not hold a charge. Do your homework and search about it, because support won’t help you after the fact.

   not accurate and drains data and battery of phone

   I only use it for the pedometer and as a watch. Measures arm movements, not steps. I have a sedentary job and use my arms alot. Tells me I am very active when have not moved. Bought 3 months ago and since, have been going over on data on my phone and phone will not hold a charge. Found out that fitbit drains battery and sucks data from droid phones. They don’t tell you that. Clock only appears when you stop what you are doing, tap the watch and then wait for the screen to appear. Useless purchase. Going back to my old wrist watch. Getting a free pedometer on my phone and keep in pocket. Will measure steps.

   doesnt track miles or steps accurately.

   I have had this for a week now. Does not track the step or mileage right. Have been on phone with customer service with Fit Bit and they have not solved the problem. Only tracks about half of what you really do. Sending back.

   JUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNK

   It was my 3rd attempt to use fitbit(Charger 2, 3, Luxe). Waste my time with settings, chatted almost 2hrs, no results, then spent 3hrs uninstalling/installing/ tapping/ resetting/…. finally synced. No way to use. Spent(waste) some time resetting my old info from 2019 since tried to use charge2,3 …Sorry wasting your time, in one word it’s a JUNK, sorry to say that. I worked almost 45 years in IT industry, started with Mainframe(IBM 360) and finished my career with mobile applications(Android platform). I saw a lot off different software and devices: bad, good, working well, working somehow, not working at all, … but very surprised about Fitbit. Probably I am to old to use this device:) But definitely. it’s my last attempt, will try another brand.

   Stopped syncing

   Worked great for a month, then stopped syncing, I have to restart, remove the device from the app, re-add it back and do this multiple times then it might sync. It is a waste of money, going to splurge on a apple watch, at least their products work

   Accuracy is terrible for walking.

   Accuracy is terrible for walking. Compared numbers to very accurate Garmin for trial walking and found poor results (always way off, undercounts miles). Customer service is no existent for helping. I’ll stick with reliable tech that doesn’t cause headaches like this.

    It’s ugly and isn’t accurate

    I dislike the design. The wristband is cheap and hard to adjust to your wrist. It’s ugly.

    Defects early

    Not at all happy with my Luxe that I received at Christmas. After about 2 months it no longer gave me notifications of calls or emails. At 4 months I practically have to beat it to see what time it is. On the positive side I do like the way it looks.
