Stronger than expected
I have a sensitive nose when it comes to candles, so when I read it was a lighter scent and not too powerful I was super excited. It is not a loud smell, but it was still sronger than I expected. I got it as a gift for someone, so it id not bother me, but they say they love it. Came in great packaging so no damage was done.

Okay candle, not worth it for price.
This candle is just okay. Overall it looks very nice, the jar is sleek and made of good quality, the colors are dark, and the wax looked good. I did like the thick wick, but it was difficult to trim once the wax burned down. The throw of the candle didn’t seem too strong for me, I felt like out of the times I burned it, I could really only smell it twice. I also thought it would have been bigger, given the price. I would not purchase again based on the throw and the price.

Smells nice, poor value.
I bought this because I had another brand with wood and leather scent and loved it. This one smells nice but it’s a tiny little thing that doesn’t last. I was very dissatisfied with the size of it, one third the size of a normal candle.

One of my go to candles
This candle has become a go in our house, even amongst the many we have. A rustic, smudgy, smoky scent with good hot throw (the degree to which the candle’s scent travels after it’s lit). It’s not the most sophisticated scent you’ll ever smell, so it’s not like top tier luxury candles which tend to have more complex formulations, but it’s a wonderfully strong, charred scent that can easily blot out any unpleasant smells going on. I do think it’s a bit silly that some candles are designated “for men,” so I’m taking one star off for that. As a woman, I’ve always gravitated toward robust, woodsy fragrances just like this one, so I find the marketing a little retrograde here.

Masculinely sublime
Bought this on a whim for my room. I’m currently overseas and needed to experience a new scent. Candle arrived quickly and was packaged well. It lasted just over a week letting it burn for approximately 1.5hrs a day. My only small gripe is the wick burned out quickly, so as the days progressed it become increasingly more difficult to light the candle.Overall, I’m impressed and already ordered a different scent to try. I imagine I’ll order them periodically throughout the remaining duration of my “adventure.”

The media could not be loaded.
The thick wooden wicks gives you a high flame and keeps the candle burning longer. Not to mention the mellow notes of bergamot and sandalwood are some men’s favorite fragrances and are often complimented by women. You now have a loyal customer

Great scent but smaller than expected
The scent of pine and clove is great, definitely man cave vibes! However I believe they need to have better protection for shipment, mine came broken but I’ll still use it. Could be a little bigger to be honest as well! Overall great scent! Would be nice if they made a cologne with this scent

Smells nice, small versus candles available
Enjoy the smell and quality of the candle. While it has a weight associated to, it is much smaller than expected. Bought it on a prime day for around $15 vs $20. I’m not likely to buy again even though I prefer this packaging versus others available in store for similar prices that are larger.

Great until the glass popped under heat
I have no complaints about the scent and its easy to light over all cant complain, but i have never had any candle fail under the heat of its own flame. The candle luckily stays in my room while on my desk i heard glass fall and i noticed it the flame still burning so quickly extinguished it. Wasnt even 2 days old burn it only when im home as all candles should be. Love the product but do not leave this or any candle unattended

Quality Candle
This is the second candle I’ve ordered from Craft & Kiln. The first was the Whiskey Caramel which I did enjoy. I like this one even better. The candles do last longer. This one has a wood wick which is nice. It doesn’t crackle as loud as a Woodwick or Timberwick but you do get some of it. Overall I like the product and would recommend.

Love this candle
I’m notA huge candle person, as I don’t really care for the traditional looks and scent of most typical candles however this candle is sexy. The scent is unique, the wood wick, the black container…it’s both masculine and feminine. I didn’t give it 5 stars only because to be perfect, I’d prefer it to be black wax (just personal opinion)

Weak to no smell
The black jar and wood wick is nice. It burns well. However, the smell is not strong. Keep in mind that I am a person who gets a headache with super fragrant candles. You have to put your head above the candle to smell it. The fireside smell is really nice when I put it up to my nose; it’s a shame it’s not strong enough when lit, so for this reason I will not buy the candle again. On a scale of 0-4, 0 no smell to 4 super fragrant, the fireside candle would get a 1, Lulu’s candles a 3, and Bath and Body Works candles a 4.

The candles do not smoke when lit, they smell nice. The container presents well, comes in a black jar with screw on lid. The candles have a wood wick, but do not crackle like true wood wick candles. Does not last a long time.

Descent but disappointing as well
Had bought the vanilla , lavender , and the fire smoke ones and the smells weren’t as I would’ve hoped for the price. Don’t get me wrong the smell was nice but very very faint so I would say with multiple ones might actually strengthen the smell/fragrance but you would have to get multiple ones. Lavender was my favorite but again very faint fragrance. Was really exited for them but kinda disappointed at least a little.
